Megone Trewick, JD, AIC, AU
Megone is the senior attorney with Gordon Law. She practices Real Estate Law, Business Transactions and Estate Planning. She is a graduate of the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida where she also graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Magna Cum Laude.
She also has legal certificates in Environmental Law and Land Use as well as International and Comparative Law.
Megone is the Vice President and CFO of TI&D. She is a skilled real estate investor and realtor who specializes in revitalizing blighted neighborhoods.
Michael Trewick, Engineer
Michael is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Engineering with a degree in Civil Engineering, Cum Laude. He was a production engineer with Exxon Mobil and Plains Exploration. He is the President of TI&D and is currently the project manager and general contractor for TI&D.
Michael manages complex rehab and renovations projects and specializes in dangerous building restorations.
As a civil engineer, Michael is dedicated to quality and lasting remodeling and development that transform lives.

We renovate damaged homes and restore lives. In addition, we buy, rehabilitate, renovate and remodel depressed houses that are often abandoned and dilapidated. We restore these homes to their former glory and rent them to low income families that are often on housing assistance. These homes boast granite countertops, luxury flooring and quality amenities.
